pampro is a library that provides a set of generic objects to represent physical activity signals, and a set of functions that act upon those objects to derive summary measures relevant to researchers. It is designed this way to facilitate many different types of analyses, using data collected from virtually any device, under one framework.

To analyse your dataset with pampro, you will first need to follow the installation instructions. To get an idea of what pampro can do with your data, you can tour the examples section. To apply an analysis to your dataset, you will need to build a job file and become familiar with the batch processing functions of pampro.
