• Fixed a bug with listing installed UWP games due to trying to open AppXManifest with exclusive access.
• Updated ViGEmBus installer which has fixed a setup issue nefarius/ViGEmBus#25

Changes:

• Updated handling for UWP games - all games should now show up in the list
• Updated OpenSSL license date
• bunch of build system changes so appveyor works with my config

As a general note, I do not intend on taking over the GloSC project but am happy to provide new builds and fixes for minor stuff. 🙂
