Integrate libFuzzer and create basic corpus of valid and invalid inputs.

Can be run via make fuzz for a host with clang locally or ./dev.sh make fuzz to run via docker.

Fixes

  • Memory leak in options parsing if more than maximum number of options provided
  • Crash/invalid read when parsing requests with length less than HTTP methods
