To run, create a file 'keys.secret' which is one level above the project directory (ie in the same directory as /NFTMessageBoard)
keys.secret should contain:
<INFURA_API_KEY>,<BASE64 ENCODED INFURA IPFS key:secret>,<Ethereum Private Key>,0
