Note to myself: All provinces seem to be listed under United States

If you look at the full directory listing and scroll down, you'll see that non-US provinces seem to be nested under the United States. I think this is something I can fix by editing those entries and labeling them as Canada or Other Country in the drop-down menu.

We could rename them to be US-New Jersey and CA-Ontario, etc.
