A terminal helper to translate and manage papers

Usage：

1.install xsel in linux

sudo apt install xsel

2.download the latest release version,and

sudo cp ptm /usr/local/bin

3.open a terminal and run

ptm

open a paper with any PDFreader,select the en_text ,and ptm will translate it into zh

ptm t
