Alt-C shortcut in conflict with polish (and probably other) keyboard

When writing in polish, shortcut Right Alt + C is used to create 'ć' character. Ghost uses this shortcut to copy html from editor. The only way now is to copy the character and paste it into the text.

Thanks for raising this 👍 I think this issue is effectively covered by #1463 - although the more examples and use cases we know about the better.
