(fix): bootstrapping in component charts

Description

This PR removes the use of the release label when listing services and deployments for the Tyk Dashboard. The rationale behind this change is that, during the installation of charts component by component, the release tag is dependent on the tyk-bootstrap component, rather than tyk-dashboard. Consequently, tyk-bootstrap won't be able to list Tyk Dashboard services and deployments.
