Hi, I got stuck at the "kubectl create -f namespaces"

i created a new project in my gcp account,
opened my cloud shell
used these commands:
$ cd ~
$ git clone https://github.com/TykTechnologies/tyk-kubernetes.git
$ cd tyk-kubernetes

and hit a road block in this command:

$ kubectl create -f namespaces

jiachengg73@cloudshell:~/tyk-kubernetes/redis (tyk-in-the-cloud)$ kubectl create -f namespaces/redis.yaml
The connection to the server localhost:8080 was refused - did you specify the right host or port?
jiachengg73@cloudshell:~/tyk-kubernetes/redis (tyk-in-the-cloud)$
