Multisite Forms makes Statamic forms per-site in a multisite install. A form can be shown on some sites only, give each site its own title, email and storage choice, and keep each site's submissions apart in the Control Panel.
This wiki holds guides: a walkthrough, task guides by role, and troubleshooting. Reference for settings, tags, commands and permissions stays in the README, where search engines and Packagist show it.
The guides are being written. Until a group's pages are here, it links the README sections that cover the same ground.
