Indicate Column Sorting

Currently, it's hard to tell when a column has been sorted... We need something to indicate sorting on a column- could be up/down arrows.

It's also not obvious that one can sort columns. The cursor does change when you hover over the column name, but the cursor doesn't change to the hand that would indicate a link.

The sorted column now looks highlighted and the headers have an arrow indicating the order.
