Add a test testing #73. it's not recreating the error, so there might be work to do here yet, but at first blush it seems to be working ok.

test_pois asserts that there's an error if you haven't called init_pois yet, so you can run any test which calls init_pois before you run that text

Coverage increased (+0.3%) to 88.693% when pulling fec2750 on repeat-calls-test into 3191ad3 on master.
