Initial effort to initiate a BEA sector schema in addition to our NAICS schemas.
Use of NAICS is entrenched in all of our code - to make the use of BEA vs NAICS sector schemas interchangeable/flexible will require an overhaul of all of our code. Delaying/postponing this effort until a later date.
