Switching Optimism testnet from Kovan to Goerli: https://dev.optimism.io/kovan-to-goerli/ (contracts have already been deployed via https://github.com/Uniswap/deploy-v3)
Note: I also updated all
chain_69enums tochain_420, assuming that it was a reference to Optimism Kovan's chainID. It seems like L1 Kovan useschain_69for one theme, so I changed that tochain_420as well.
