Keyboard Mouse Interaction lets you control your mouse using only your keyboard.

all of this is the default keybinds, you can change this. for arguments of key.exe (keyboard Mouse Interaction Program EXE name) run key.exe --h

Minimal command (install latest version Winget knows)
winget install User123.KeyboardMouseInteraction -eWindows Defender may incorrectly flag key.exe because the app monitors keyboard input and controls mouse movement. This is currently being investigated as a possible false positive.
