(Separated from #948)

When tokens for Half-Life: Blue Shift in-game messages (e.g., chapter titles) are not located in valve_[language].txt file, they are loaded from valve_english.txt (and as a result, displayed on plain English in-game), although they exist in a titles.txt file for the appropriate language. It seems that tokens from GUI localization files have higher priority for HL:BS than tokens from titles.txt (for HL and HL:OF tokens for in-game messages are loaded from titles.txt only).

Is it possible to use tokens from titles.txt for HL:BS in-game messages?

Bug fixed with #1386

Now chapter titles are loaded from valve_[language].txt file but is better from titles.txt as FrenchMan says.
