Updated for the latest HDT release

• Updated Newtonsoft.Json to 12.0.2
• Updated HearthstoneDeckTracker to 1.22.11.0
• Updated HearthDb to 27.6.2.0

• Adapted the code to address the card Id changes

This get's the minstrel mechanics working again.
I plan on refining some of the logic and look soon

Fixed the initial window sizing issue. Added the version information to the Options window.
Fixed the Plug-In disabling itself.
