What problem does this feature solve?

  1. 通过定义rows的方式使用透视表时，空数据时没有展示row对应的角头，导致空状态和非空状态表现不一致
  2. 期望空数据时能保留角头

What does the proposed API look like?

增加一个options项，支持在数据为空时展示或隐藏角头
