Commit policy

Commit message: Part name: [#bug - fixed] explanation
Use tabs, not spaces.
Everything in English
If you are adding a new feature add test into ./Tests
File names in ./StormDB/ StormDBName.php
Class names StormDBName (same as file)

Add a custom sidebar
