Minor update based on user feedback to center the form in browser.

Place text and html files in the RMS Express > Global Folders > Templates folder. You can also create a sub-folder (e.g. Off-Grid Parks & Summits Activity). You will then access the form from within a new Winlink Message under Select Template > Global Templates.
