Tweet/Facebook text uses HTML entities for many characters

The problem: Smart quotes in the title are displayed in the share text (the title plus other things) as HTML entities, not as the represented character. http://womensenews.org/2016/02/trapped-will-be-released-with-eye-on-voters/ returns this, for example:

‘Trapped’ Will Be Released With Eye on Voters http://womensenews.org/2016/02/trapped-will-be-released-with-eye-on-voters/ via @aboutdocsguide
