Make text boxes bigger

Our customers need to easily input and review their written comments. Currently the text boxes are too small, making it harder for them to review what they've written. Please make boxes bigger.

Added a new input type called Multiline Text to the forms editor. Change any Free Text inputs to this new type to increase the input box size.

Yep – changed the stored proc to convert it to Free Text until we get mobile support up and running.
