I've updated the build workflow to resolve the upcoming deprecation warnings that will cause this to stop working in the future if we let it go on for too long. I've checked and made sure it compiles Mars without any issue
I also created a file to configure Dependabot to search for Gradle dependencies if it's ever used in the future.
