How could I use this starter kit for my custom website

This is really great, I know
But I am wondering how I would use this starter kit for my custom website building.
It has several components to build Gutenberg blocks from WP side, but it has really complex DOM tree with using CSS Grid
But originally general sites are using different DOM structure, that is simple and easy to style

• When we use this starter kit as template, how would I reuse this blocks even Gutenberg blocks?
• Do I need to customize every page and block by creating custom ACF block for my websites? What is the solution?
• Is this for only use some special cases?
• Then which cases you recommend?
• Could you show me websites that you have built using this starter kit ( I know you have built websites of 1000 pages using this)

@gregrickaby I hope you have clear answer to my question. I am really fan of this starter kit and would like to use this widely on my projects and also recommend to my clients.
One of my client is asking to build several different site using this one. But it needs to be customized every time for now.
How would you recommend to reuse this template for building customized web sites..?
