Link to Arturo's WebVR Progressive Enhancement blog post + include video animations

Arturo (Unboring) wrote an awesome blog post about Progressive Enhancement + WebVR. I asked Arturo for permission to use his visualisations (video animations) on the WebVR Rocks site, and he said yes, certainly. He said he's going to doing another round of visualisations and they'll be open-source/public-domain assets, so perhaps we could wait for those.

It would be cool to have a workflow/articles section on making WebVR, along side other similar articles ie: https://blog.mozvr.com/a-saturday-night-gltf-workflow/ ?

I think we might start by just having a section on the front page?

I think linking to the article is a lot more useful than just having the graphic. I do see the point of it being standalone and a selling point for "why" WebVR.
