【公众号】创建菜单接口不支持新的图文消息类型，缺少article_id字段

模块版本情况

  • WxJava 模块名: weixin-java-common
  • WxJava 版本号: 4.2.4.B

详细描述

微信公众号图文永久素材接口变更，菜单也有相应改变，需新增article_id字段：
