Troubleshooting Tips

If the problem you are having is not covered below, please also check the Issues page. Your issue may be already fixed in a newer release.

You are also welcome to submit a new issue, if nothing appropriate is recorded. When submitting a new issue make sure you also attach the add-in's logfile. To locate the logfile open Settings and select the About tab. The logfile location is at the bottom of the dialog:
