uBlock Origin for Windscribe hasn't been updated since 1.43.0, new stable release is 1.44.4 #12

Ignore if, looking for alternates due to manifest v3 or dropping ad-blocking for Windscribe.

The last stable release of uBlock in Windscribe is ws-v1.43.0 this was released on 9 July 2022. The latest uBlock is 1.44.4 released on 19 Sept 2022. Update this repo with the upstream for the next Windscribe version.
