Names.json is a combination of your Items.json, names.inl from CSE and the gdocs spreadsheet (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1iuq4Srh_661PdY_17bnrU15UbtCLieO_0ZhQ0uqQ0_Y/edit#gid=0).
As the spreadsheet also records the ingame name and description, we can now also show that.
I tried to enhance the facts resolving, too, but it seems the hash used there is not a crc32b of the name...
