Something in b90e38c has broken file watching in
npm run dev. This reverts #27821 so that developers can continue usenpm run devwhile the issue is investigated.To test:
npm installnpm run devbuild/*.jsfile.Or, alternatively:
npm installnpx wp-scripts start
