ScrollLocker

ScrollLocker<{lock: (options: {container: HTMLElement}) => void, unLock: () => void}>

improve shake when page scroll bar hidden.

ScrollLocker change body style, and add a class ant-scrolling-effect when called, so if you page look abnormal, please check this;
