Error opening socket: hostname 'my.idigi.com' doesn't match u'EDP Device Certificate'

XIG Windows 1.4.2 (or 1.4.1)
XBee S1
Windows 7

This has always worked in the past - now I getting the above error when I run 'xig_app.exe' Anyone know why? I use this technology to teach students IoT.

I suspect you meant versions 1.5.2 (1.5.1). Regards, Jon

This is some problem with the certificate. In setting.json, find this
"idigi_certs_file": "idigi-ca-cert-public.crt"

Remove the text idigi-ca-cert.public.crt.
Restart the program. It will connect via SSL
