Bug 描述
SelectTree设置禁用后，选中块仍可点击删除
HiUI 3.7
参考
重现步骤：

  1. 使用 SelectTree组件，type为multiple
  2. 设置disabled为true
  3. 点击删除块
  4. 删除成功

预期行为
不应该能够执行删除操作
