attrs is incompatible

I have completed quick test then run "bash ./run-docker.sh notebook" and I encountered an error that says attrs library is incompatible. I tried to the suggestion to upgrade the library but it did not work.

Do you have any idea to solve it?

I upgraded the library. But when I run the command, it is still giving the same error.

Yes that worked indeed. I somehow tried everything else first.
