It doesn't seem to matter how many times I save my settings, the "Thank you for installing YouTube Center" message always shows in embedded videos.

Happens to me all the time too, in Chrome.
Errors logged in the console:

I know about this issue and it's already fixed in the dev version (found here on Github).
