How do I change the graph colors?

Visit the configuration window and hover over to the other configuration tab. Select the graph tab, then select your graph colors as needed. Please note that the changes will only take effect the next run. This basically means that if you're running a simulation, you'll have to end the simulation, then rerun it for the graph changes to take effect.

How do I change the speed at which graphs get updated?

In the same window as above, change your graph plot speed as needed. By default, it updates once a second, but if you'd like data as fast as possible, you can set it to 0.

How do I get rid of the hover line?

Untick the hover-line setting. This is not recommended as you'll lose access to seeing more details in your graphs.

Can I not plot moving averages and other indicators in the graphs tab?

Yes, you can untick that, though it is not recommended as the extra RAM consumed is minuscule.
