Add PivotMDS layout for NetV

Issue

This issue is related to the function:

model->useEdgeCostsAttribute(useEdgeCostsAttribute);

The error messages are below:

Uncaught (in promise) 5298424 - Exception catching is disabled, this exception cannot be caught. Compile with -s NO_DISABLE_EXCEPTION_CATCHING or -s EXCEPTION_CATCHING_ALLOWED=[..] to catch.
