Yes, currently Knitter lack of deployment documents. We have to deploy knitter manually.
Good news is that Peter @xiangpengzhao is developing a new way and a friendly way to deploy knitter in later weeks. AFAIK, we would provide Pod or DaemonSet to deploy knitter related components in a cluster.
