Fatal error with Kanboard 1.0.48

Hi,

the plugin seems to be incompatible with the latest Kanboard release (1.0.48):

Fatal error: Class Kanboard\Plugin\Redmine\RedmineTaskProvider contains 2 abstract methods and must therefore be declared abstract or implement the remaining methods (Kanboard\Core\ExternalTask\ExternalTaskProviderInterface::getIcon, Kanboard\Core\ExternalTask\ExternalTaskProviderInterface::getMenuAddLabel) in <path>

@rstoltenberg Have a look at jaltek@c2d2124. This should do it with the latest release of kanboard.
