There are incompatible API changes between 0.3* and 0.4*, asking Kris if this is intentional

Frontier is now moved to incrementalmerkletree::frontier::Frontier

I think we should turn this into a ticket and do it as part of the RPC changes in #6642.

What do you think?

I agree, the 0.4.0 release was a significant refactor and we have to change more than a few things to update:
