  • tcpkg.exe can not be used to install a libary while a visual studio window is open
  • but tcpkg download can be used to download the nuget package, which contains a msi, which in turn contains the library or better the server can be queried directly
  • use this mechanism to install twincat libraries

obsolete, tcpkg uses nuget
