PyUtilities v0.2.0

Enhancements

• Added one parameter -cp (--color-path) to get_child_item.py.
• choices were added for -cd (--color-dir), -cf (--color-file) and -cp (--color-path) in get_child_item.py.
• Underlines in long flags of optional arguments in get_child_item.py were changed to hyphens.
• Added the command line mode of print_fence.py using argparse.
