Noise

Getting started

Noise is a line-oriented Android: Netrunner deck builder.

It needs Alsciende's Android: Netrunner card data to function:

git clone git@github.com:Alsciende/netrunner-cards-json.git

You can then run it with the following command:

./noise

It requires Python 3.

Shorthand

When entering commands, you can shorten card names, as long as you're unambiguous. For example, instead of add Sneakdoor Beta, you can simply type add sneak. If the card you specify is ambiguous, then a list of matching cards will be displayed. If the card you specify is an exact match, then partial matches are ignored. For example, describe core s will list both core sets, whereas describe core set, being an exact match, will list the original core set's cards.

The card you specify only needs to be unambiguous amongst relevant ones, given the context of the command, so id blu will make you Blue Sun, the only identity with "blu" in it, even though there's also a non-identity card with those letters, Blue Level Clearance. Similarly, removing a card only has to be unambiguous out of the cards already in your deck.

The same way of shortening names also applies to everything else, from cycles to commands themselves. For example, describe Genesis can be shortened to de genes.

Available commands

Add a card to your deck. (Make sure you choose an id first.) You can optionally specify a quantity, otherwise the amount available in the pack is added. You cannot add more than the allowed amount.
