… to use default iOS icon and changed alert to show app name and not the .app folder name.
…Also moved version from the tableview to inside the info button alert.

Fixed apps with no icon/CFBundleIcons, so they show the default iOS icon.
Added deselect to the tableview so cell is not always selected.
Added Version, Size and Bundle ID to an info alert button on the tableview.
