Some notes about this build:

• I've fixed all bugs (or at least attempted to) from last build
• The bio editor in the card replacer has double capacity than what the maker or even ReiEdit supports due to proper encoding calculations
• The resolution patcher is still experimental so keep a backup of any .exes you intend to patch

Please note that this is a constantly changing program so there might be bugs that I don't know about

Some notes about this build

• If your editor starts to complain about a jg2e01_00_00.pp not being loaded you can safely ignore it (it eventually goes away strangely) and continue to snowflake (I have no idea if this error is only on my end but i'm looking into it)
• Sometimes using the border changer can cause the program to crash (because TGA is a shitty unsupported format), if it ended up corrupting a file because of crashing I've uploaded the appropriate .pp to fix that with
• Selecting an eye option may not work as expected (again not sure if it's only my end)
