Object rotation unable

The 3D object does not rotate even when I try turning it with the mouse.
I hope there's a feature that rotates the 3D object for the room planner.
There seemed to be a script related to transformation but somehow rotation is not working on the local site.
Would be helpful if you can assist me with-

1. Directory for the Math class(Math4, Rotation-Quaternion)
2. How to make the rotation feature work
3. Explanation for the directories- Want to customize but confusing which directory I should go
