[Suggestion] Try to download/update news everytime 'News' tab is activated #278

If there is no internet connection - display 'Internet seems unavailable!' right after tab activation. Also automatically download news after syncing of database - and add 'Retry downloading of news' button (or text link) into 'News' tab if news aren't downloaded - near 'Internet seems unavailable!' text.
