Example Data

We need to initialize an 'example' data-set which can be run quickly within a docker container have a deployable and working version of the pipeline people can play with (the whole pipeline working). Still haven't decided what that's going to look like exactly but here's what we have so far in place.

System Control Files

I've initialized some example paramter control files

• $LIONS/controls/docker_test.ctrl
• $LIONS/controls/docker.sysctrl

Example Resource Files
