Assembly team; Rayan Chikhi, Institut Pasteur & CNRS, rayan.chikhi@pasteur.fr BCC audience is surely going to like such a talk! (BTW for everyone: registration is reduced before july 10: https://bcc2020.github.io/Registration/) |

Hi Artem,
Thanks for reaching out here. Not sure how I should be represented here…
I think I am part of the overall Project team and have been involved in aspects of the Assembly and Annotation team although more in an advisory role with my students participating in the project.

The talk will be a pre-recorded video and I say in the spirit of Open Science we can all do a small section of the video (if you're interested). Regardless, we should put together a proper list of contributors to the project.
So if you've pitched in to Serratus and would like to be listed for the conference abstract/talk comment below with:
1. Team (best fit)
2. Name
3. Affiliation
4. Contact Info

Serratus Assembly Team
Serratus Annotation Team
