Pie Chart

A pie chart is a circular graphical representation of data, divided into slices to show the proportion of each category or part in relation to the whole. Each slice represents a different category, and the size of each slice corresponds to the percentage or proportion of the total it represents. Pie charts are useful for providing a quick and visual way to understand the distribution of different components within a whole set of data.

To add a Pie Chart in Resseract Lite follow these steps

  1. In the menu on the left, select Pie Chart
  2. Select the Data Key on which you want to plot this chart.
  3. Select Group By Axis (X) from the given list. This data will be grouped uniquely and appear as pie slices
  4. You can add either columns or expression as the Y Axis
    • Select Value Columns from the list. Data from these columns will be aggregated will appear as size of corresponding pie
    • (OR)
    • Add a expression. The output of this expression would appear as size of corresponding pie

Note that only column or one expression can be added on the same pie graph
